By installing or using AiDock ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension.

2. Description of Service

AiDock is a Chrome browser extension that helps users organize, search, and export conversations across multiple AI chat platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and others.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

AiDock offers a free tier with core functionality and a paid Pro tier with additional features:

• Free: Basic folder management, title search, markdown/text export, support for 3 AI platforms.
• Pro: Unlimited folders, full-text search, advanced export formats, 10+ AI platforms, and more.

We reserve the right to modify the features included in each tier. Existing Pro subscribers will retain access to features available at the time of their subscription.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes as determined by Paddle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. User Accounts

• Pro features require signing in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Each Pro subscription is for personal use on one Google account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute your Pro subscription or account access.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension's source code for commercial purposes.
• Use the Extension to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent Pro feature restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

AiDock and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the AiDock team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

10. Data and Local Storage

• AiDock stores conversation metadata (titles, folder assignments) locally on your device.
• The Extension does not read, store, or transmit your actual conversation content.
• You are responsible for backing up your local data. Uninstalling the Extension will remove locally stored data.

11. Disclaimers

• AiDock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Extension will work with future updates of supported AI platforms.
• We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, or any other AI platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiDock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Extension or by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Pro features for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Pro features will cease immediately.
