If you're not satisfied with AiDock Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the email address associated with your purchase. We aim to process refunds within 3-5 business days.

3. After 14 Days

After the 14-day period, refunds are generally not available. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

4. Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from the subscription management portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period after the 14-day window.

5. Renewal Refunds

If you forgot to cancel before a renewal charge, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal date. We will evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and are happy to help.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of:

• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
• Violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles global tax compliance and payment processing on our behalf.
